Myon Morgan is a transformational speaker, communication professor, and founder of the Shape Your Environment, Elevate Your Story™ movement. From overlooked middle child to NBA performer, from tumbling coach to college educator, Myon’s journey is living proof that your past does not define your future — your environment does… and you have the power to shape it.
With over 20 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and speaking, Myon combines high energy, powerful storytelling, and practical tools that help students, educators, leaders, and organizations break free from limiting spaces and rise into their true purpose. He currently teaches Public Speaking and Interpersonal Communication at the college level, holds a Master’s in Strategic Communication, and is a member of the prestigious Next Level Speakers Academy and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
